Apple’s latest smartphone, iPhone 4S gets the recommendation of Consumer Reports in their latest ratings of smart phones. Consumer Reports said that iPhone 4S performed very well in their tests, and it did not suffer the reception issue of iPhone 4 when repeated their test.
In Consumer Reports’ tests for battery life, the Apple iPhone 4S did very well and Consumer Report did not find the battery issues faced by some iPhone 4S users. Consumer Reports also added that it will retest iPhone once Apple releases the promised software update for battery performance. iPhone 4S camera, processor, and Siri also scored high in Consumer Reports’ tests.
Even though iPhone 4S performed well in Consumer Reports tests, these were not enough for iPhone 4S to top the smartphone recommendation list. The new Android smartphones, Samsung Galaxy S II phones, the Motorola Droid Bionic, and other phones with larger displays than the iPhone 4S and run on faster 4G networks scored higher than iPhone 4S.
