It is holiday season and Google wants a bit of what you spent on buying electronics. Google announced that it dropping the price of Chorombook by $50 and also updated its Chromebook portfolio with a new addition Samsung Chromebook in Black. Google launched Chromebook at 2011 Google IO and started selling it from early June this year.
The Acer and Samsung Chromebooks that were prized at $349 till now will cost cost just $299 beginning this week. The low priced Chromebooks can be purchased from Google’s retail partners; Bestbuy, Amazon.com, and TigerDirect.com. Google also unveiled a new Chromebook for customers in the United States, a black version of its Wi-Fi only Samsung Chromebook Series 5. Here is the complete portfolio of Google Chromebook from Samsung and Acer and its prices.
