Google+ is rising up the charts of social networks, even in the limited field trial stage. A recent survey found that Google+ is on the way to become the second most popular social network, right behind Facebook, in the next 12 months. The survey also found that about 45% of Google+ users are actively sharing and creating content on Google+.

Another way to back what in your Google+ account is use Google+ account.
- Sign in to Google+ and click your name or email address in the Google+ bar.
- Click Account settings
- Click the Data liberation tab
- Select either Download Your Data to export all of your data, or select a specific service.
Since downloading Google+ data involves loads of your personal information, Google will ask to verify your password to download to make it more secure. As of now Google allows a user to download these features from your account.
