AT&T announced thinnest 4G smartphone Samsung Infuse 4G will be available for sale from May 15. Samsung Infuse 4G also feature largest 4.5-inch screen in AT&T smartphone line up and for any Samsung phone. AT&T customers get the exclusive opportunity to buy Samsung Infuse 4G from May 15 and it will cost $199.99 with a two-year contract. Samsung Infuse 4G is powered by a 1.2 GHz processor and runs on Google’s Android 2.2.
Samsung Infuse 4G display has next-generation Super AMOLED Plus technology that has 50% more sub-pixels for better contrast and a great outdoor viewing capability. The smartphone also features an 8-megapixel camera with auto-focus and flash and it can also take HD video.
AT&T has collaborated with Rovio, the maker of Angry Birds, to offer a special edition Angry Birds pre-loaded on the smartphone. In addition, the first 500,000 Samsung Infuse buyer gets a $25 voucher to download media content from Samsung Media Hub. Annoucning the availability and the prizing fo Samsung Infuse 4G, Jeff Bradley, senior vice president, Devices, AT&T Mobility and Consumer Markets said
The 4.5-inch screen on Infuse 4G is enhanced further with Samsung’s Super AMOLED Plus technology. Colors are rich and bright, even while outdoors in sunlight. When you juxtapose that with the fact that it’s the thinnest 4G smartphone out there today, it’s an incredibly compelling choice for our customers.

Announcing Samsung Infuse 4G, At&T has added yet another Adroid smatphone to its smartphone portfolio. Samsung Infuse 4G is AT&T fourth 4G smartphone. Earlier in 2011, AT&T committed itself to launch 20 4G devices and 12 additional Android devices by the end of the year.
