iPad 2 Online Orders Begin to Reach Homes

Apple customers who were brave enough to get up early or stay all night at home on Friday, March 11 (but not brave enough to stand in a long queue for hours) to place an order for iPad 2 have started getting their iPad 2. apple started the shipping on Saturday and it took almost a week as it came all the way from China via Alaska. The wait was little agonizing, especially when the iPad reached the FedEx storage facility pretty close to its home, but no one seemed bothered to dispatch it to its home for more than 24 hours!

However, not all those who placed an order at the wee hours of last Friday are fortunate. Some iPad 2 orders, like the ones with engraving and possible the ones with 3G, were shipped one a few days before and are expected to reach by next week.

Unboxing the iPad 2
