The pre-sales of Motorola ATRIX 4G begins today, Sunday February 13. AT&T customers have the exclusive opportunity to pre-order the 4G smartphone Motorola ATRIX 4G for $199.99 with a two-year service agreement. Motorola ATRIX 4G is expected to be available from AT&T by March 6 or earlier.
The Motorola ATRIX 4G is powered by a 2×1 GHz dual-core processor and it runs on Android 2.2 Froyo. In addition, the dual core ATRIX can also serve as engine for a netbook with a super-thin Motorola Laptop Dock accessory. The laptop dock has a backlit 11.6” screen, a full-size keyboard, and battery life for up to six hours internet browsing. AT&T claims that ATRIX 4G as world’s most powerful smartphone and says that it redefines the line between phone and laptop.
The Motorola Laptop Dock itself costs a whopping $499.99, if one buys separately. AT&T is offering a promotional offer that combines ATRIX 4G and the Motorola Laptop Dock for $499.99 after a two-year service contract and $100 mail-in-rebate with Data Pro smartphone data plan and tethering add on.
