Apple iPad to be Shipped in 24 hours

Apple online stores show that iPad orders will be shipped within 24 hours. Apple iPad unveiled in April, was not available for immediate shipping for a while. For most of the last months the estimated shipping time was 7 to 10 days after the order was placed. The improvement in shipping is not just in US, but also in Canada and UK.

The universal improvement in iPad shipping time suggests that Apple could finally meet the demands of iPad. Earlier, iPad sales hit the million mark in 28 days, sold 2 million iPads in less than 60 days, and 3 million iPads in 80 days.
