Apple announced that iPad will be available in more countries starting this Friday, July 23. iPad was launched first in US on April 3 and slowly introduced in other countries later. Apple sold 3 million iPads in just 80 days. Apple’s CEO Steve Jobs said in June that

Apple kept the promise and announced that iPad will be available in nine more countries from this Friday July 23. Here is the list of nthe countries of iPad launch,
Austria, Belgium, Hong Kong, Ireland, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand and Singapore
Customers in these countries can buy both the iPad models from Apple’s retail stores and Apple Authorized Resellers. One can also check iPad pricings from Apple websites in these nine countries now.
Apple iPad is currently available in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland, the UK and the US. Apple also said that, it will roll out iPad in many more countries later this year and will make an announcement on availability and pricing these countries at a later date.
